We believe that it is having the right help which can make a difference in someone’s life, for the better. Our Behaviour Support Plans are individual to clients, even those with the most concerning behaviours

 

Our team is highly experienced with behaviour, especially those which are high risk or prevent people from participating fully in the life of their community.

Peace United Care’s, Practitioners tailor plans to the individual, and take the time to get to know them and their needs. Our Practitioners also work closely with the team and stakeholders around the participant to guide, mentor and support them to implement the Positive Behaviour Plan to achieve the best outcomes.

 

Peace United Care Collectively works with adults, children, families, staff, OOHC services, schools, hospitals, organisations and support coordinators to develop and implement high quality Behaviour Support Plans which are individual, targeted, practical and aligned with NDIS or other legislative and quality standards.

  • Is there a need for Regulated Restrictive Practices
  • Practices to be ceased immediately
  • Implementation support, monitoring and review
